Primary 6 had the pleasure of having Paula in this morning who took a session on how we understand how our brain and body works. Whilst also reflecting on all the different emotions and feelings we can have and why they happen sometimes. This was an excellent opportunity for P6 to build upon their emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-confidence, and resilience skills.
