The children learned how to make toast with a variety of toppings. They practised using a toaster safely with basic food hygiene. It was exciting to try different breads and toppings including cream cheese, chocolate spread and scrambled eggs. (Not necessarily all at the same time!) The group thoroughly enjoyed experimenting with food and cleaning up afterwards, and are now confident to be the toast chefs at home!
